I cannot recommend James enough! As a first-time homebuyer, the entire home-buying process can be stressful and overwhelming, but James made it so much easier, more educational, and gave me so much peace of mind.
From the beginning, James was incredibly professional, supportive, patient, and understanding. You can truly tell that he has a big heart and genuinely cares about his clients and their home-buying journey. Very good job, they left me with no questions about the house I was looking to buy. He was very much worth the money they charged. I would hire them again. It was a whole house inspection for me the buyer.
We hired James for a final inspection of our new consruction home and were super pleased with his work. He was just the right amount of communicative leading up to the date. While we weren't able to attend the inspection with him (our builders rules) his report afterwards was thorough and appears very complete. James can use a drone for views of the roof and surrounding area, a big plus for us. We'd highly recommend James, you'll be happy too.
