I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Kim at Performance Chiropractic & Sports Care over the last ten years for several issues. I can confidently say that he is an exceptional chiropractor and his expertise in providing Active Release Technique (ART) is truly remarkable. I recently had severe hip pain and within 3 days and 2 appointments my pain went from a 12 (on a scale of 1-10) to zero by the end of my second visit. Dr Kim's knowledge and understanding of the human body are evident in his approach. Last year my chronic SI joint pain became unmanageable despite years of regular chiropractic care, exercise and nutritional support. The constant pain affected walking, driving, going up stairs, daily tasks and worst of all, sleeping. I began the ART/chiropractic treatment with Dr. Kim somewhat skeptical but hopeful. Dr. Kim gave me time and information like no other health care provider. After regular treatments I am pain free and sleeping well again. He's even shown me how to manage flare-ups and keep my joints moving with exercises. I am a true believer in this method and that Dr. Kim is an incredibly caring, talented and knowable provider.

Dr. Kim is a hidden gem. I was trying anything and everything to relieve knee pain due to a broken leg years prior. He was recommended by a few friends who have been his patients for many years. I was working for the Fire Dept. and a few years from retirement when I first visited Dr. Kim. I needed to be able to continue to perform at a high fitness level for work and ART therapy was the ticket! I still see Dr. Kim for maintenance visits and it allows me to continue to maintain a high fitness level relatively pain free. Give him a try if you are having pain or chronic issues.
