One of the best companies I've dealt with in Sacramento. I had a major clog in the main sewer line of my home, which caused a backflow into my toilet and shower. Sac Val Plumbing was able to get a technician out the same day this emergency situation happened.
James was great over the phone. Informed me about the process, estimated time of technician arrival and had straightforward pricing. The technician that arrived to my home (Tim) was great. Tim worked for hours to diagnose and to fix this clog. With some help from another co-worker (Josh, I think) they were able to ultimately clear the clog, saving me and my family from a miserable weekend.
Bummed I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but had a great experience with them on such short notice. Property manager sent them over and they came out the same day. Quickly fixed the issue and super nice and outgoing the entire time.
