First Visit: I had a 2006 refrigerator stop working a week before Thanksgiving. The Tech helped me trouble shoot the problem over the phone and then came on a Saturday afternoon and replaced the relay for me. It cost me 190.00 and it saved me buying a new refrigerator!!! Very honest and they know their business!
Second Visit: My 25 year old Washer broke When they came out they said upfront that parts were not available. They also said that they had seen this issue before and knew what the problem was. A spring broke that keeps the washer balanced while spinning and they showed me where it was. Fortunately, my spring did not break, the hole in the frame broke. I was able to drill a new hole and re-attach the spring and fix it myself. Quick service and I got my washer fixed for the price of a service call! Thanks again!

Kelles called immediately to schedule service which happened to be same day availability to fix our broken dishwasher door latch. The company and Kelles’s service were beyond prompt, progressional and generally amazing!

Our freezer was leaking water because the heating element in the drainage system had failed. After the manufacture’s authorized repair service said the part was no longer available and our built-in refrigerator / freezer would have to be replaced Sac Metro’s technician took the initiative and recommended a heating element from another manufacturer that would work. I’m a retired Service Manager for several large automotive dealerships. I’ve supervised hundreds of technicians in my lifetime. It’s rare to find one who has the experience and confidence to repair what everyone else says can’t be done.
