Sandy has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very accommodating to my rescheduling requests multiple times. On the day I finally was able to schedule, two technicians were able to come by the next day. Brian and Bronco were very professional and did a great thorough job. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I added an extra request last minute and they professionally obliged and took care of the issue. My AC is working just in time before it starts to heat up. My family is happy. Unfortunately the original HVAC installer did a horrible job and RJA fixed everything. Never used their service but based on rude aggressive driving, I'm not interested in ever calling them (literally have an hvac issue now and need a service person). When driving company vehicle, suggest you represent better Edit - I appreciate the company response to my concern and have updated my rating. Thanks for addressing with the employee.

RJA Heating and Air recently replaced my entire system including the ducting in the attic. One of my biggest issues with my previous system was the heat upstairs in the summer. RJA added a return upstairs to address this issue. The installation crew was great to have around. They were very professional, friendly and respectful of me and my home. I already recommended RJA to my sister who also bought a new system from them. I have no hesitation recommending this company.
