Rico's Heating and Air inc. is a reliable and responsive HVAC company that provides excellent customer service. Customers praise the owner, Cesar, for his polite, helpful, and prompt assistance, even during emergencies. The company is known for its honest and straightforward approach, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues without unnecessary replacements. Customers are highly satisfied with the company's work and recommend it for HVAC needs, including tune-ups and repairs.
In the middle of the Sacramento heat wave, my HVAC went out at 7:30 PM. I called several companies and they were all either unavailable or had an answering service that was less than useful. When I called Rico's Heating and Air, Cesar, the owner answered and was amazingly polite and helpful. He was out to dinner but I explained I had a baby at home and was concerned how hot it was going to get overnight. He was at my door in only 30 minutes and triaged and fixed the problem (capacitor replacement) within another 30 minutes. I've had multiple interactions with the larger HVAC companies with over 800 reviews and most of these companies will not attempt to triage any problem and say you need a replacement almost reflexively. At the end of the day, the decision isn't between the Trane, Bosch, Mitubishi, etc system. It's finding someone that is honest, hardworking, and straightforward. We need more people like Cesar in this world. Would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
read good reviews on this company. They did not disapoint.cesar was outstanding! He was very patient in listening to the problems i was having (no heat blowing out) with my central air.diagnosed problem and fixed in no time.very impressed.will be calling soon for tune up.
I called to have a problem with my heater diagnosed and Cesar came within a few hours and let me know it was just a faulty thermostat..well it's working great now! I definitely recommend Rico's heating and air
