I had a very pleasant experience at Reina of Beauty for my first Brazilian wax in the Sacramento area. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease right away. The space is clean, private, and beautifully maintained, with a very welcoming atmosphere and great aesthetics in terms of decor. She is personable, professional, and took the time to educate me on the entire process, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. She is clearly very knowledgeable in her field.

Elizabeth has always made me feel comfortable at every appointment. I can always walk away with my questions answered, my mind at ease AND a snack! She is very knowledgable when it comes to waxing and is so kind. I can't recommend her enough for any waxing services you need! ◡̈ Bonus: her room is SOO cute
