I made a reservation with this company 8 days prior to the party the day of the party there was no show no call after finally contacting Q or whatever his name is all he had to say was sorry there was an emergency and I did not understand because I had a reservation made why was there no communication involved between the company and the customer He left us with out a jump house after the reservation was made very upsetting for my son considering it was his birthday Q said he would help find a company to get us a jump house he failed to do so he never contacted us back I've gone through this company for 10 years and to be treated the way I was was totally unacceptable... read full review

Hired these guys for my son's eighth birthday party we rented four tables with chairs and a really dirty cotton candy machine. We told the guy that we had a broken table he did not even come out to resolve the problem and said he just offered to give us eight dollars back. Then when he came I told him about the cotton candy machine it was filled with ants I tried to clean as much as I could when turning it on to clean it and adding the sugar Antz just came out of it.
