Made an appointment last via phone as a new patient. They won't make appointments before putting you on hold for several minutes and verifying insurance first. To my surprise, an appointment was set for today at 3PM. I thought I lucked out with a cancellation or something to get in so fast. When I arrived, the receptionist (I believe named Irene) said I didn't have an appointment yet proceeded to somehow A)make that my fault and repeatedly implied that B) I was somehow just lying. "I don't even have your insurance info"... "Do you have an appointment card?" Who has an appointment card when it's scheduled over the phone? And who keeps them or carries them into the actual appointment? Yet somehow she still had me as a patient in the computer with my new account set up. If I hadn't had an appointment why would I be there and how did that account just magically appear when I had never even step foot in there until that moment?? No apology, no effort to get me back in as soon as possible, no "I'll make sure this doesn't happen again." Nothing. Just accusations and a very disrespectful tone. Finally, I was accommodated by a very calm and polite girl named Liz. She explained the girl who took my info but didn't save it was apparently not in today. I thanked her several times for at least clarifying, apologizing and making another appointment very soon. Note: the most popular ob/GYN offices around here are booked up a month in advance. Maybe we now know why you can get fit into the schedule here quickly.

I fist had my IUD put in at this office 2 years ago. when I went in that time, the doctor was very mean and cold and the staff all had bad attitudes. I even heard the staff discussing patients very loudly. "Who's on the phone?" "The girl that's in high school and pregnant for the 6th time" I should hear about patients situations, I wouldn't want anyone to hear mine. I just called to make a follow up appointment. Twice I was forwarded to their operating system where I gave my information and was expected a call back. I never got a call, I called again and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. I'll be putting my health in someone else's hands from now on.

The staff, mainly the receptionist, is rude and unprofessional. It seemed as if I was wasting her time when I called. My primary Dr referred me here. I would NEVER let them earn a dime from me, not going back. If you're thinking about going here, I'd keep looking. They are only getting 1 star because that's the least I could give. My rating would be negative.

After trying to conceive for a little over a year I was referred to Dr. Green by my general practitioner. It was the closest location to my home so that's why I picked this office. My first impression was that the staff was not very nice and a bit slow. But I dismissed this feeling because I really wanted to see the doctor. After meeting her for the first time I thought she was ok, as our meeting was very straight forward and bland .... (Very different from my general practitioner whom I love!) After my second appointment she recommended me to take the HSG test and said that if everything is fine after that she would recommend me to a specialist. After taking the HSG exam and waited 1.5 weeks, I heard no word from Dr. Green. So I called the office and asked if they had my results ready and said that I would like Dr. Green to go over it with me. The girl over the phone sounded like she didn't really care, a bit annoyed, and said that Dr. Green was currently busy and cannot speak to me... although she does have my results ready. I really preferred the doctor going over the results with me than the front desk girl. I completely understand. She probably was with another patient and doctors are super busy. So I asked if she can give me a call within the day to go over my results (and possible refer me to a specialist). The girl said probably not because Dr. Green's too busy. So I asked instead if she can give me a call within the week to go over my results. She said sure. After waiting a week and not receiving a call, I called back the following week and said it was rude that the office didn't care enough about their patients to inform them of a really important result which might result in seeing a specialist. The girl placed me on hold for 10mins and then said they will have to call me back. They called me back 3-4 hours later and schedule me an appointment to come in to see the doctor (at first, over the phone, they said they couldn't find my results). I arrived early for my appointment and once I got there I was informed that they doctor had an emergency delivery. I was told that I can wait 3 hours or come back 3 hours later and see the doctor, but call first. I called in 3 hours and 20 mins and was told by the staff that the doctor was not coming in and that I would have to reschedule. I was so angry and frustrated that I have been waiting for roughly 3-4 weeks for a test result and was once again delayed. I felt like the staff does not care whatsoever about our situation and called my insurance and switched medical group so that I can find a better doctor/staff. To be fair, I don't think Dr. Green is a BAD doctor. Probably just not as personable of a doctor as I would like. But her staff is horrible. Therefore I don't recommend this office.

Worst customer service. I wanted to schedule an appointment because i was having pelvic pain. I currently have an IUD and am worried it moved. I have been to their office once before when I moved to Sacramento about a year ago. They told me I needed a referral because it was pelvic pain and not birth control or pregnancy related. ????? I believe I'm having pelvic pain because of my IUD. After telling her I was not going to get another referral because I have already gotten one she told me the next appointment was in DECEMBER!!! and that if i needed help to go to the ER. usually if I need to see my doctor for an issue that could be problematic they fit me in. If I called my primary Dr and said I was having flu like symptoms they wouldn't tell me they were booked for weeks and to go to the ER. Seems like this place doesn't want me as a patient. But that's fine because after the issue today I don't want them as my OBGYN. By the Way this is for their Natomas Location.

Ive been with this practice for my past pregnancy. Ive had great experiences throughout. I moved into the area and like most people hate trying to find a new office. I decided to give it a shot. It was close to home and a friend referred me over. Dr. Green has been very helpful. She has answered all my concerns and put me at ease. Its great to know my pregnancy was going perfectly. She couldnt make it to the hospital when I was in labor so Dr. Allen was called. I have never met him before but knew he shared the same office as Dr. Green. Dr. Allen told me I was doing great and was very encouraging. He came to check on me often and when it was time to push my baby came out with no complications. Im currently pregnant with another baby and still remember them a few years later. My pregnancy has been going great except for the nauseousness. I think its going to be ongoing for 9 months. Dr. Green has given me medications to help me out and they work wonders. When I ran out my insurance wouldnt cover it and it will be costly out of pocket. Their office has been very helpful and good thing they had a spare bottle in hand. The staff members are friendly and they know you by name. Which is great. My schedule is hectic and im glad they can work with it. I highly recommend the office.
