I used to be the esthetician At Pouf Hair Studio renting the room in the back for 5 1/2 years and working here was some of the best years in my career. Celena is a wonderful owner. She always made me feel comfortable and considered my opinions from the very beginning. I learned so much from working with her. I will forever be grateful for the space to grow and evolve in her business
I have rarely been treated with such rudeness and disrespect! Since I work nearby it seemed like a convenient place to get my haircut and after much effort and a couple of unanswered phone calls I persevered and was finally able to make an appointment with Pouf. However, for some reason the owner of the shop had decided that she didn't want to cut my hair and her method of telling me was to schedule my appointment for 5:30 PM. I arrived for my haircut at the appointed hour to find the door locked and only recently found out that the shop closes at 5PM. Wouldn't a reasonably normal business respond to phone messages. Celena has been my go to for about 3 years now this is an over due review! I always get my hair dyed, cut & styled by her. She has reasonable prices, she is very flexible to accommodate you for appointments & is great to talk to! I love coming to see her feels like I'm having girl time while getting my hair done. Also her salon is always clean, and it's so beautifully decorated & always has great music playing. I also appreciate that she always wears her mask during covid & taking precautions.
