My piercer Matrix was great! I got a nose piercing several months ago from her and went in again to get the jewelry post shortened today. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable both times I have visited. Great selection of jewelry here too.

such a beautiful shop!? moxie was the cutie patootie who helped me pick out some new jewelry today and she was so sweet! everybody in here is so nice! i always recommend this shop for anybody looking for a piercer or jewelry. go here and make sure to tip the ladies!

I came in recently to have all my piercings removed, and Moxxy was absolutely amazing. Some of them weren’t fully healed and were pretty painful, but she took her time and removed each one so carefully. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process.
I came back the next day to have my jewelry put back in, and she immediately greeted me warmly. She reinserted everything so gently, recommended jewelry that was much more suitable for me, and created a safe and welcoming environment the whole time.
I’ll definitely be coming here for all my future piercings, and I’ve already started... read full review
