We are so thankful for Samuel! He showed up on time, evaluated the two bathroom shower valves and went and purchased a valve stem for one of the bathrooms. He fixed the water leak in the main bathroom and recommended we return the aftermarket shower trim products and get the matching Delta trim package. The second bathroom will also need a Delta trim kit in order to work properly. Samuel took this time to work with us for a remedy to fix our faucet valves. This was amazing and we were blessed and shocked. He will definitely be our honest go to plumber for any future projects! Thank you very much Samuel for everything.

Our water heater failed but it wasn’t a standard set up and the vents had to be updated. After tearing into the drywall they realized it was a much bigger job than anticipated. The crew worked diligently for 4 days and did a great job installing the copper pipes , heater and filling in the dry wall. Highly recommend Platero plumbing.

Samuel and his team are awesome! My wife and I bought an old 1926 home and encountered some serious plumbing issues with our sewer line. Samuel worked us into the schedule quickly, walked us through every step, and graciously answered every question we had. There were some funky things with both sewer clean outs being buried (near the house and in the backyard by the city main) and he suggested fixing this to make it easier to access in case we have future issues.
