I’ve been lucky enough to benefit from acupuncture for most of my life (thank you NYC childhood). Phil is an excellent provider - he has a light needling touch, but doesn’t shy away from trigger point needling when the muscle needs it. Brilliant herbalist. Really mellow, and approachable way of being.
