Mr. Pennington came to my mom's house to look at a window that seemed to be locked shut and wouldn't slide open. Turns out the lock is probably starting to go, but he showed us how to get it open and said he would wait to replace it. Didn't charge us for the visit. He also called back a little later and suggested we call the manufacturer because the windows have a lifetime warranty. So when the lock does break, we shouldn't need to pay for a new one. He was very friendly and helpful. Just so nice to see people do the right thing these days.

I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude for the excellent service my family received from Pennington & Sons Glass & Screens. Our living room window was cracked, and a quick replacement was needed with urgency. The urgency, compassion, and professionalism that Mike and Levi displayed was exemplary. They'll take care of you.Edit: They also measured a screen that I needed replacing while they were taking care of another window install. Screen was ready for pick up real fast.
