We had a fantastic experience with Pella Doors & Windows of Northern California! Todd Ferreira was incredibly helpful, taking the time to find the perfect sliding glass doors to replace our old aluminum ones. We initially thought we’d have to go with a more expensive three-panel option (as another company told us), but Todd went the extra mile to confirm that Pella could provide exactly what we wanted in the right size. Deanna the showroom manager was fantastic. She was very solutions oriented, and helped solve issues we have been dealing with for a long time. So glad I spoke with her. Very patient and creative in her approach. The plan we came up with will be great and improve the value of our home. I spent 42 years working in a service business.
