3 to 4 hours waiting time make appointment on call once she picked up the phone Punjabi speak lady . She just hang up on me .I’m having too much waiting time to make appointment it’s only just knowing music that’s all. They turns the music, so you can have a more headache. And the appointment, ladies, they put you on hold. No reason first, they not picks up the phone, then they put you on hold or hang up on you.

My son recently had a brain surgery and when I called them for an appointment with a primary doctor to check on his stitches they kept me on hold for over half an hour and said that there are no appointments available until June. They also said I should bring him in for a walk-in but that takes way too long and my son isn’t feeling well enough to wait . This has happened twice now. My son is suffering from epilepsy and they are very irresponsible.

Dr. Mia Wright is amazing! The whole experience was smooth and comfortable, and she made me feel calm and safe the entire time. She is very professional, gentle, and truly cares about her patients. I’m so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Very disappointing experience. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:45 with Dr. Mia Wright. We checked in early at 10:23, but they called us around 11:17. There was no communication or update about the delay. People have jobs and other responsibilities, and this kind of wait time without explanation is frustrating and unprofessional. Please respect patients’ time or improve scheduling.
