I have used Paperclip for about 6 years. They are the best answering / office support company I have had for the last 38 years. They give a very personalized touch to handling my customers. Most of my customers think I have a receptionist in an office. They understand my particular business situation and help with proper scheduling for maximum efficiency and cost savings. I can't even count how many times they have saved me time and money through properly scheduling and instantly notifying us of changes. Lupe and her team perform clerical services for my small business and they are AWESOME! They place and receive calls, schedule jobs, send emails, handle customer inquiries, etc. They are like a well-oiled machine that keeps my business running smoothly so I can focus on the day to day work. Absolutely the best! They are so good on the phone, my clients don't know they are talking to an answering service. I frequently get compliments on how helpful and nice our office was to deal with. It's critical, and really good feeling to know that part of your business is well taken care of. Iv used other answering service and office support business in the past which always ended in the same way - me being disappointed and going back to handling all the calls.
