I was very fortunate to have been contacted about a position I applied for on Linkedin. The position was being offered as a direct hire through Pacific Staffing. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Elizabeth Mann and she spoke about submitting my resume but did let me know that there was already a final candidate in play so I was being offered as a different option. This was a Friday. Within the next 1 hour I was on the phone for the first leg of the interview with the company's HR. During that wonderful conversation I was offered an interview with the people who would be doing the hire. That was on the following Monday.
Elizabeth and her team reached out to me through Pacific Staffing, via LinkedIn with an opportunity. I'll accept, I don't often acknowledge such things but this one seemed interesting. I followed up and before you know it, I was in touch with her team. She was very clear about the process and what the client had to offer, as well as what they were looking for.
