Northern California Spine & Rehabilitation Associates are amazing. The facility is really one of the nicest around Sacramento. Dr. Sharma is the best doctor. He listens to you and really takes time to hear your concerns. I have been navigating the workman’s comp rollercoaster for 2 years now with some very serious spinal injuries and Dr. Sharma has been by my side helping me navigating my road to recovery. Dr. Sharma personally performed a kyphoplasty on my middle back and did an amazing job. If you’ve been shopping around for a great doctors office and a great doctor, I would definitely consider this place and Dr Sharma.

I want to say a BIG thank you to Dr. Sameer Sharma (and staff) for listening to me about my sciatic joint pain which I’ve had for over 20 years and recommending the Ifuse procedure. It has made my everyday living experiences much easier without the joint pain that would accompany me as I tried to sleep and also when doing simple tasks like getting dressed in the morning or washing dishes. My pain levels went from 10 down to a 3, and that’s because of post surgery. I have a few more months of healing to do but, after just three weeks I can already feel the difference. I recommend this Ifuse procedure to anyone who has been dealing with their own sciatic issues for years.

Marco the operator is an excellent communicator. He is always patient and helpful. This is extremely helpful when I am in pain and am having trouble being a successful communicator while navigating the complexities of dealing with doctors, lawyers and business executives. If you are in constant back pain call NCSRA Medical Corp and ask for an appointment with Dr. Sharma. He is a Pain Management Specialist. Recently I had S I Joint fusion a minimal evasive surgery. Within 2 weeks post op my sacroiliac pain has reached 80% +improving everyday! Dr. Sharma is a caring, skilled physician. I highly recommend him! Mary

Dr Sharma very successfully preformed my S1 fusion. I am so happy with the results. There was no down time and no more lower back pain. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who may benefit from this out patient procedure. Dr Sharma is friendly, caring, and does great follow ups.

While my doctor at NCSRA is good, their overall office and practice has been a maddening experience to put it gently. They ignore prescription refills all the time, rarely answer their phones, and occasionally like to hang up on patients. That aside, getting them to submit evidence to insurance is difficult. Their front office has had the wrong information on file for me for over a year now, and every time I correct it on the mandatory form they force you to fill out, they fail to update it. This is probably the most incompetent doctor's office I've ever dealt with hand down.
