Waited 2 weeks to get in to see the doctor. Arrived 15 min early to fill out paperwork only to have the doctor running 45 minutes behind. Was there almost an hour before I was seen. Appt lasted for about 20min.

I brought up several issues - migraines, dizziness, eye fatigue from working on a computer. None of these issues were ever addressed. I also brought my current glasses in and asked probably 8 times if the prescription was still okay for me to use. The doctor never answered me. I said I do a lot of traveling but not driving. I went in for an eye exam appointment today. The staff and Dr. Chau were polite. I didn't have to wait long once I finished the patient forms. I really appreciate the amount of information given about my eye health and the options offered based on my needs as someone who works in front of a computer most of the day. The total cost of the visit was also lower than other places I've been. 5/5

I called today to schedule an appointment only to be told this optometrist at Costco doesn't accept VSP. They ONLY accept Medical Eye Services vision insurance. I work for the state, as do thousands of other people in this area, and I have never heard of an optometrist not accepting VSP in the 25+ years I've been wearing glasses. Oh well, I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
