Let me just say this: if you’ve never had Kitty from Happy Day Spa in Natomas go full Mortal Kombat on your back, thighs, calves, chest, and glutes, you haven’t lived.
I walked in shaped like a question mark from all the tension. Kitty took one look at me and said, “Oh no, not on my table.” What followed can only be described as a mix between a deep-tissue massage and a full-blown WWE SmackDown. She suplexed every knot in my body. She found pressure points that made me see colors I don’t think the human eye is supposed to register.
Got a 90 minute deep tissue massage here with Kelly, she did a fantastic job and got rid of all my knots! She’s also very friendly and focuses on whatever part of your body needs care the most. Next time, I’m planning to call ahead and add the hot stones for a more relaxing experience. The spa itself was clean and well maintained. And the prices were very reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

Good customer service, I did a walk in, I was seen a few minutes later, Steven was my masseuse, he did a great job, medium massage and hot stone, I had two epidural shots so my back was killing me, after the massage I felt like a new person I can move my back so much better.
