We recently had NG Floors install McMillian Plaza engineered hardwood and new baseboards throughout our living room, dining room, hallway, and four bedrooms. Don assisted us with selecting the material and was our primary point of contact during the entire installation process. He was excellent at communicating updates and ensuring we were fully satisfied. The installation crew was fantastic. They had a keen attention to detail, always checked in with us if there were any questions, and were very friendly. Overall NG Floors provided exceptional service and we love our new floors!

Dom made the experience very easy and simple. Communication was great and he was very accommodating to our needs and schedule. The carpet installation went great. They made sure to address any issues we had and touched up after the installation to make everything as good a new. We love our new carpets!

We had some poor floor installation done by a prior company that left some of the laminate floors buckling up. We called Nazar who came out quickly to evaluate and I could tell immediately that he was very credible. He was able to see what the issue was right away and how to fix it. We have a long 40 feet run and the prior installer did not put any trim at the front door, back door, etc. Nazar got someone out quickly to fix the issue. We're really happy with his communication and being able to address the issue.
