About Monet Nails & Spa

Monet Nails & Spa is a popular destination for nail care services. While some customers have had positive experiences, others have reported issues with the quality of service. Some reviewers have noted that the nail technicians can be rushed, inpatient, and unfriendly, leading to unsatisfying results. Additionally, some have reported pain and discomfort during their appointments, including burning and jagged nails. However, many clients praise the friendly and accommodating staff, especially the pedicurists, who are known for their patience and careful work. The spa offers a calming atmosphere with classical piano music, making it a peaceful place to relax. The dip treatment is a popular option, and some customers have praised the results. The salon also prioritizes appointments, ensuring clients are not rushed and receive attentive service. Overall, while Monet Nails & Spa has its strengths and weaknesses, it seems that consistency, attention to detail, and a welcoming environment are key factors for a positive experience.

I visited Monet Spa & Nails for the first time yesterday, and I can confidently say l've found my new go to nail salon!
I called the same day hoping to get an appointment after work, and Tracy was so kind and accommodating. She told me she'd take care of me, and she absolutely did. Tracy is professional, meticulous, and pays incredible attention to detail.
My nails turned out even better than I imagined, and I couldn't be happier with them.
Eric did my deluxe spa pedicure and did an amazing job on my gel French toes. Everything looked flawless, and the pedicure was so relaxing.
The salon itself is a cute little shop that is very clean and welcoming. I also...read full review

I went to Monet’s on a Friday and it was pretty busy, I could hear from the conversations around me that there were a lot of regulars, which to me says a lot. When I first walked in I was greeted by the salon owner, she was very friendly and offered me water and the different nail palettes while I waited. I haven’t got acrylic nails in about two years so I was appreciative of the owner for breaking down the manicure services and prices for me. The wait was about 20 minutes but understandable since I was a walk in.

Two things that left a good impression with me and made me want to come back:
    1. While I was still waiting there was another customer...read full review

I was excited about this place given the great reviews but unfortunately my experience was not good. I went there with a friend for a pedicure and the service was below basic. They barely scrubbed the feet and did a quick job removing the cuticles. The paint job was messy and uneven and my friend had to call her lady back multiple times to fix issues because she didn’t listen and kept running away to other customers. After finishing the pedicure, no one came to check up on us to see if the toes are dry or remove the toe separators/slippers. Overall, not a good experience. Will not be going back.
