I would give it zero stars. I don't recommend this place because the lady who served me left my hair looking awful, she didn't dry it, and when I asked to get it straightened, she wanted to charge me 50 more. She's also very nosy, asking questions that are none of her business.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. I asked for shoulder length hair and she did TWO LAYERS THAT DO NOT BLEND WELL WITH EACH OTHER. It looks like a BIG hump at the top of my head with one layer under it. I honestly would have gotten a better haircut from my 3-YEAR-OLD COUSIN. My hair was so long past my back, they had so much potential to make it right but this lady with glasses named Rosa braided my hair into a ponytail AND THEN CHOPPED IT OFF LIKE???? If I could give this place zero stars, I would. A coworker recommended it, so I decided to give it a try, but I regret it. I'm very particular about where I get my haircut because past experiences with stylists not listening to what I want have left me frustrated. Unfortunately, this place only added to that frustration.

I had long, thick hair and specifically asked for a medium-length cut with long layers, a round shape, and wispy curtain bangs.
