I'm here to defend Dr. Symes. Would it be better if he had an office assistant? Yes. Or a fancy office? Yes. So what? He keeps overhead down so you pay less! I went to Kaiser Permanente for more than a year with lower back and general nerve pain. I couldn't even walk a straight line and dragged one foot so much I fell down half a flight of stairs. Neurologist, physical therapy, full-body MRI, full blood work up, everything. Finally, they said, go to Dr. Symes. He looked at my records, said I can help, and in 2 visits, my symptoms backed off.
