The staff at this location is what makes it a 5-star review. Many thanks to K. We stopped by during the week and the store was empty. As soon as we walked in, K greeted us and allowed us to let him know why we were there. He did not try to upsell or anything but instead gave us his honest opinion about selecting the best option to save money. He was very genuine. We came in for a usual upgrade but went another route based on K's recommendation. Even though we had to get new phone numbers, the price for the new plan, phone and accessories was VERY affordable. I locked my phone and mistyped the pin number. Tried many times to figure out the pin to no avail. I was desperate and frustrated but this metro came to the rescue! They were able to unlock my phone with patience and maintained a professionalism that is unmatched! Thanks gentlemen may God bless you in Jesus Name!

KAY was AWESOME! He really was very knowledgeable and helped me get two phones not available at other MetroPCS's. I will definitely be going back to this store for my phone needs. He was quick, efficient and helpful. Customer service is everything and he did it right! (I came directly from another store in Sac who could not help me). Thank you!!
