The doctors here are nice if you can never get in to see them. This system is completely broken. If you need something quickly they might call you back in a week. They actually called me back in 10 days after an emergency. I had already been treated elsewhere. I think if you no urgent needs and can schedule way ahead of time and don't mind being on hold for 3 or 4 hours a year then this might be your place

My wife works at Royo eye and Lazer center, and if you need prescriptions there is a pharmacy on the first floor at the entrance.

I came to Dignity health office 8120 Timberlake way to establish a new care I went to the doctors office 04/25/24 for appointment at 11:10 I was seen by Dr Muhammad Zubair who was very unprofessional and the whole situation I’m going to explain was very unpleasant in I never felt so abused mentally in physically ever . This Doctor has assaulted a patient that’s already dealing with Life threatening Symptoms to be assaulted by a Physician is unacceptable!
When Dr Muhammad Zubair walked in the room his whole attitude in demeanor was not professional. When he started looking over my health records he seen everything that I have been stating wrong he was not listening to me , “he asked me why am I here” I said because I need to establish new care he than stated “okay why are you leaving doctor Begum” I said because I felt I haven’t been diagnosed for 2 years “ he told me “well I can’t see you due to I’m not trying get involved in anything that can affect my Doctor License” I said okay that’s fine are you able to write that down for me? “He said no please get out “ he said that outta no where so I was confused on what happened I still needed to get seen today for my pain from this morning .
When I gather my things i seen that he was standing over me with his body in my face . I looked up in said please move . Once I stood up he pushed me which caused my legs to be kinda in wrong predicament bc I wasn’t facing the door when he pushed me toward the door . I then stated to please don’t touch me that’s when he opened the door with his arm still around me after he pushed me.
When I asked for his card he was VERY unprofessional in told me I can get it from the front when we were out of his office . I felt that this whole situation was unfair I felt that he was being very bias in the whole situation was not right .
I was calm the whole time , I never yelled until after her pushed me in I didn’t yelled i just stated don’t push me don’t touch me . Once he seen Cindy Rodquiez across the hall that’s when he walked out in didn’t say anything else to me .
If he felt I was being rude or anything in that nature it was a security guard I asked for help to his office that could had handled the situation, but instead he assaulted me I have filed a police report for assault in I will be holding Dr Muhammad Zubair Accountable to the fullest extent possible.

my wife is a patient of Dr G, OB/GYN, we have had good experiences in this office, staffs are so nice, they call you for an upcoming appointments. Staffs are great, they are amazingly nice, they treated as their family. Big Thank you TO ALL OF YOU from our baby. God bless you all

This Medical Group, like several others, have found a way to prosper from COVID-19.While pharmacies and clinics provide COVID-19 tests, (often) at no cost , Mercy Medical Group on Timberlake require patients to engage in a Zoom visual office visit, to ensure their ability to bill insurance companies, and charge the insured copayments.In addition, the operator (representative) proved to be abrupt, and rude. This type of greed is a deterrent alone. When coupled with an argumentative, arrogant individual talking to sick people, any clinic is more attractive. And to save $30, I would have stood in line. As it turned out, I drove over to the Walgreens at Delta shores and was put your shoulders and was in-and-out and less than 15 minutes events. Honestly and courtesy pays. Fiscal gain is just that fiscal. And when people can do better, they will. The world has stooped to an all time low when it feel that claims do no harm grasp grass I missed it International pandemic to grab money.. Shame on you mercy medical group. The least you could do is scream the help more carefully.

Absolutely Horrible customer service. Try scheduling an appointment, even though you are covered by insurance. They hang up on you as soon as they hear that your primary physician is not from Mercy. No explanation nothing or consideration is given that you are calling about mental health issues. No kidding we are having a mental health crisis in this country. Your reception needs to be trained to be more empathetic.

Let me just say by far the best medical facility I've been to. They were all super warm and friendly. Elvia stood out the most to me. She was so comforting, easy going, and a great listener. Very thorough the entire time and answered every question. The doctor was nice to very straight to the point but you know he means well. Keep up the good work!
