Thanks to the response from Mercy, I was able to speak to someone who understood and could help me. Best of all my child was able to receive an appointment. Still disappointed about the scheduling line but now have an alternative. The patient advocate was amazing....5 stars for her!

The Mercy Medical Group staff at 1720 Tribute Road, Sacramento CA location is outstanding. Wendy, MA and Larry, RN are so knowledgable and friendly. I love going to my psychiatrist appointment with Dr. Chiu and her staff because they really care about my well-being. This is the best office practice for psychiatry in Sacramento, CA.
