Just a shoutout review for AK material handling in Maple Grove, MN. I work for a shower door manufacturing company in California, and we had a racking system installed a few years back (not by AK). I reached out to the original company who did the work and explained what we were wanting to revise, and the previous company basically just gave me a quote to replace a bunch of our existing uprights to complete this revision instead of trying to find a less expensive solution. I then reached out to a few more companies and came across AK material handling. I sent an email to Matt and he replied right away. I explained our situation and instead of just telling me no that wont work he took the time to get me in contact with a reputable company closer to our location whom can do this type of custom work. Although the sale is not going through AK, just the fact that Matt took the time to respond so quickly as well as providing some type of solution was greatly appreciated. It shows that AK truly cares about your racking and material handling needs!

AKA Sacramento Forklift: These folks were AWESOME. We had a bad experience with a previous vendor, charging $3,000 to replace 4 batteries, only to have one explode months later. Sacramento Forklift gave a reasonable price estimate and actual invoice came in LOWER than their quote. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and communicative compared to the previous vendor.

Material handling systems has helped our company with racking systems for our warehouse and has great prices! Their service is second to none. I don't normally write reviews but this company deserves a positive review. I stopped by with a pallet jack that had a broken wheel and was going to leave it to be repaired. The people at Material Handling Systems said if you have 20 minutes we can repair it now so you don't have to drive back later. Excellent Customer Service ! 5 Stars....
