I got a 90 minute massage from Sherry, and she was PHENOMENAL! I’m an athlete, so it’s important to me that a massage therapist has a deep understanding of musculature and an ability to respond to what the body is saying, and Sherry is an expert at just that!! It really felt like she took her time to make sure she addressed any knots she found. I also appreciated that though the massage was mostly relaxing, it was also uncomfortable at times because if a massage really tackles your knots, then it won’t always feel the greatest. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Also, the managed Hailey ROCKS!
Once you find the right massage therapist, your life changes. Leslie is the one I recommend for professional work that needs a smart approach. I had very little idea going in what I needed, just that I have granite in my shoulders and back and nothing short of a jack hammer would release the tension. However, Leslie walked my muscles through waking up to the idea that they needed to gently release. She guided me to relax with visualization and even reminded me to breathe, as I didn't realize I was holding my breath a couple of times. Her firm touch and expertise helped me to create a long term plan to heal my tension, not just temporarily release it.
