First time at massage envy, my massage therapist that I've been going to for over a decade was on vacation and I was having some issues with my shoulders so made an appointment here. Overall the experience was great, very friendly people at the front desk and Roshawnda did an amazing job at working out some of the knots I had.
I am still seeking out my massage therapist and if I find them, I will continue my membership at Massage Envy. Need to find someone who uses more of their palms, fists and forearms. Bony fingers are painful.😖
