Masonic Lawn Cemetery

They do not return phone calls, nor do they answer their emails. Now their mailbox is full, so you can't leave a message. I am trying to verify an interment in this cemetery, but so far have been unable to reach anyone. What if this was someone who had passed away and wanted to be interred here? Bet they'd return that call!!! Extremely poor service.

I posted a review on 12/24 when we had a ceremony done at Masonic lawn with the most great support and service by the manager Andrew. Yet, I could not see it here. So here again, I'd highly and strongly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone who comes across such tough but important moment in life. All I want to say is that we could have not had our sudden loss of our family beloved soothed and taken care of if not with Andrew'd sympathy and timely arrangement - it was the most we needed at such difficult time. Thank you, Andrew for every thing!

While the cemetery is neat and serene, it is marked very poorly. While it does have numbers painted on the curbs, some feet apart from each other, there is no indication of sections or any outside map system posted to look at. The office hours are very limited and if you need help finding a grave...good luck! The phone message only says they are closed at that time, with no indication of the hours they ARE open, which would be nice to hear when calling when they are closed.
