Exceptional. Absolutely first-rate. I've been going for massages for probably 25 years --- mainly in Atlanta, Oakland, and San Francisco --- and Lisa is among the very best I've come across. She very attentively dials into what's going on with the your body on any given day. Far from the rote treatment that one often gets. For me, that seems to mean a session that is some _ad hoc_ combination of deep-tissue and sports massage. Highly effective combination. (Other people's glowing reviews here, their specific choice of words to describe the quality of Lisa's work, are consistent with my experience.) Lisa's a gem. _So_ glad she's here in Sac. My experience with Lisa was worth taking time out to post a review. Her approach to massage therapy is clearly informed by decades of experience working with all sorts of people. She adapted her techniques to suit the issues I felt I was having, as well as adjusting further, based on her insight gained from working with my body, to correct issues I hadn't believed could ever be solved. Lisa would probably have been called a 'healer' in another time period; we're fortunate to have her in ours. Thanks Lisa.
