I came in not knowing what to do, how to go about the process, but the homegirl Natalie will set you right. She was accommodating and for sure helpful. She set my appointment up, got my girl some new contacts and glasses. This place is well informed and are experts. I appreciate how Natalie explained everything to us. My gf is a first time contact wearer and Natalie made the experience so easy, we are customers for life. Thank you again.

Walking into a busy store on a Friday evening I was still greeted promptly and politely. Jonathan checked me in and was great with the initial process of my visit. During my actual exam Dr. Do was super informative and took her time with me. Out of decades of wearing glasses and visiting an optometrist every year, not one doctor had taken the time to explain my condition or the anatomy of the eye. Dr. Do did just that! I don't remember the employees' names but they were extremely helpful. It was a little busy, but there were only two workers and they kept me updated with wait times. I was very glad that they were able to obtain my records and my prescription information even though it had been so long since I had gone to any of the LensCrafters locations. The gentleman who helped me pick out my frameswas very kind and patient, and he found multiple options for me to try out that matched the style I was wanting for my prescription sunglasses.
