Sometime last year, I encountered an issue at a pretty big hospital's urgent care. They did not allow me to enter the facility with my mother whom I take care of. The head nurse, nurses, & security officers all violated my ADA, & HIPPA privacy acts, Pertaining to having a Service Dog. I kept my composure for over an hour and a half while waiting for my mother to finish up with her appointment. While this was happening, I was recording and writing down details of everything. I also found this wonderful gentleman online, because I knew that I was going to need help, as this happens way to often! Mr. Rick Morin (Attorney at Law) immediately responded on Monday morning as this incident took place on a Sunday.
