I recently moved to Sacramento and had been on the hunt for a professional, flexible and license stylist and my friend recommended her and I’ve become a regular. Her shop is well kept, she is professional and always does a great job with my hair. I’m very happy with the service I receive every time I have an appointment. I definitely recommend her as a hair stylist!!!

Communication is literally the worst. I texted and emailed her almost a week ago about my order and she never got back to me. My delivery date changed twice and now my hair won’t arrive by my appointment. Worst experience- the hair better be worth it or im never ordering again

Wait before you order hair from this company. This company is a scam. I literally have been emailing them , calling, and texting to no avail! I initially sent an email before purchasing hair inquiring about expedited shipping, they answered back saying expedited shipping was possible. I needed the hair before my birthday and I needed to be able to get it colored before a certain time. As soon as I paid that’s when the problems began. I’m appalled that this company a black owned company would drop the ball like this! That’s so disheartening! Even if I didn’t expedite the hair I was supposed to receive the hair by Friday Jan 19th 2024 but guess what they only created a shipping label and it hasn’t been shipped yet! Surprise Surprise!!! In my honest opinion I’d say this is a company that lacks integrity. Moral of the story don’t order from this company!

Most Amazing experience i've had at a salon ! The owner is so welcoming and down to earth , i was indecisive about my hair and Keela was so patient with me . My hair turned out fabulous & i will be back Definitely recommend!

CAUTION !!!!! SCAMMING Was recommended to buy due to the alleged quality of the hair but it's not worth the headache ! The owner will create a label online for your package so you will obtain a tracking number but WILL NOT mail your package. My order was supposed to be here two and a half weeks ago & when I go to check my tracking number it says that the order is not in a UPS location. After weeks of specking to UPS customer service I was informed time after time that the package was not delivered to their location and they are unable to assist. The representative advised me to contact the owner ( which I have ) and if they do not reply to get the authorities involved. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

I bought tape-ins and its THE WORST HAIR EVER. It’s hard and nappy! I wore it for one week and the tape ins are not reusable ! So not only is the hair bad, the two is BAD!! The owner is so unprofessional she did not even refund me. If your reading this I have your hair and I want to send it back to get my money! What a waste ! Dnt buy people! Scams!

I purchased (4) 30 inch bundles of the Raw Cambodian. I got it installed yesterday & the stylist that installed it mentioned that it has a tangle to the hair. The stylist suggested that I try weightless oil. The weightless oil worked for a little while but once I started going on about my day and doing physical activity the hair started tangling again. The hair also sheds a lot. I don’t think that this hair will last me a long time. The hair is very thick and pretty though. I will try some other techniques to attempt to keep the hair from tangling and report back.
