Mani/ pedi day with the bestie. Nails done in med length white tips & toes a bubble gum pink with flowers. Friendly & great job. Forgot to take pics day of but they still look good a week later

This place is supper hit or miss, but more often miss. The last three times I went here I ended up having to go somewhere else to get the work fixed. They are sloppy and don’t care.This time I came in for a fill and asked the lady to shorten down my nails slightly. Usually they just file them down because I’m good about getting fills ever 2 weeks so not a lot of length needs to come off, but this time she cut them with the trimmers down to my finger tips and then told me to square them because it is better. We went in for pedicures and the 2 ladies doing them couldn't understand what we wanted. Left very unhappy with what we got. The nails were cut all different shapes ans sizes and the polish looked as if a small child did it. We will not be coming back. This place has gone down hill since covid.
