Fast accurate service with professional and caring staff! From the front desk excellent customer service till you are discharged you feel safe and secure knowing these people sent you home sure you are gonna feel better whatever your diagnosis was!

The staff is nice and very knowledgeable. My only problem with this urgent care is why do they have a sign and online saying they are open until 11pm and accept walk- ins until 10:40pm, when every time I have been there they stop accepting walk-ins at 7pm because they are completely booked for that day. And today while I stood in line waiting with my 4 very sick children, I could have been just told that they are not accepting anymore walk- ins so I didn’t have to waste my time any more than I already did. I wish Kaiser would change their system back to pre COVID era when you can walk in until 11pm without having to get an “appointment” first.

First expierience going to an urgent care. Don't believe the bad revues as they are probably subject to the people who wrote them. I went there around 8:44. Was seen at 9:30. Care was given better than other primary care doctors I've experienced and i was seen by a RN. I would totally come back again.
