I come to this pharmacy many times to get prescriptions, but today I was told that I would have to wait 40 minutes, so I sit in the lobby like anyone else would do, and after some minutes go by I'm getting interrogated by the security guard, no one else. So why am I being interrogated by a security guard for sitting in the lobby of where I'm getting my medication. I'm sorry, I thought the fucking lobby where you wait for your medicine was meant for fucking sitting.

Came to see my Dr at the Kaiser Railyard location and noticed they had a small cafe with Starbucks in the lobby area next to the pharmacy. Being that I didn't have my coffee yet and I was feeling hungry after my appt, I decided to check them out. They have all kinds or breakfast pastries, sandwiches which are toasted and warmed and any Starbucks variety of coffee your heart desires. This location has the best female nurse and Dr staff in the area. Recommend

Never an issue here! This place is fast efficient and customer service is great! I think the most I ever waited was 10 minutes. I think calling ahead is key. They also validate parking.

Great experience overall. Easy parking which is great for downtown area. There's designated handicap parking at each floor. Parking in the attached structure is validated for 2 hrs for each area. For example, you can get validation at the lab check in station for 2 hrs then you can get another validation at the vaccination check in station for another 2 hrs so no need to worry about running out of time. Really nice rooftop garden on the 3rd floor. Nice coffee shop on the 1st floor. Plenty of nice artwork throughout the building. Efficient check in process for each station. Lab and optometrist on 2nd floor. Injection / vaccination on 3rd floor. Employees seem to be in good spirit overall. No complains so far. Probably one of the better experience at medical facility.

I booked an appointment a month out because they’re all full for a long time. The night before my appointment I received texts confirming the appointment. The morning of the appointment I pull up their app and the appointment has disappeared. I call before I leave my house because it’s gone and they cancelled it without notifying me in any way. This was a CANCER SCREENING AFTER HAVING INCONCLUSIVE RESULTS. Don’t schedule here if you want a guaranteed appointment. Especially not if it’s an important service. Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one they’ve cancelled without notifying. This is incompetent care at best.

If you want shit service with a fake smile, come on down! Kaiser call line says to walk in for just a simple weight check, but don't do that. The lady at the desk with greet you with an "mm mm and just shake her head" Please do better. At least the man that was actually helping me was kind about it. Better just to never use Kaiser, but if you have to, the adult medicine here is not the way to go!

My first visit with Kaiser in Downtown Sacramento was a very enlightening experience. My doctor is now Melanie Madriaga and she was very attentive and suggested several things without recommending pills. I feel confident that my health is in good hand with Dr. Madriaga. Thank you Kaiser-Permanente.

I have only been coming here for a little under 2 years. I used to be with UC Davis in rancho Cordova and was really dissatisfied with them and just thought that the medical field was failing us. But since switching over to Kaiser, I truly feel like my health matters and that staff also care for my wellbeing. Since getting pregnant, the OBs that I have seen have been spectacular. I'll be starting Centering (pregnancy classes) next month but I'm sure it will go great too. All staff have taken care of me so far. Thank you to the staff and especially the advice and appointment line, the RN nurses that I am able to talk to about a concern and assist me with what to do next. The only negative thing to say is their therapy. I love my therapist but it's sucks to only be able to see him every 2 months, even when I was at my lowest it was a bummer to see him every couple of months.

Horrible!! I thought coming here would be more convenient since it's closer to home!! WRONG!! The slowest service I've EVER had at a pharmacy. One person on the check-in window, THIRTY minute wait to order a med. Please, get extra staff. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating. My brother needed his nitroglycerin and was struggling. I would have made it to Point West and back in that time!
