I absolutely was not in the mood to get a flu/Covid shot today but I made myself go. All staff greeted me with smiles! It was delightful and made my day. Thank you

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Baik, glaucoma specialist. She was thorough, caring, listened to and responded to everything I asked, and never rushed me. I am so grateful she will be taking care of my eye health. Thank you Dr. Baik. Patricia Martin

Dr.Ching took care of me from the age of 14-18 and did great with always getting back to me about my concerns and always taking them serious! Dr.Ching, the nurses, and pharmacists have also been very nice explaining my care and options efficiently. I've never had to worry about confidentiality issues here as well.

I give Mark Anthony Rosario 5 stars for helping me with my glasses. He went. Above and beyond to help me with a pair of glasses that didn't quite fit. I'm no spring chicken and he really cared. He should train his department since he really cares. And is extremely professional!!!

Just change my plan with no notice: My co pay for an eye injection for Vitreo-Retinal went from $35 to $386 per every two months. After two years they have determined this is a co insurance at 20%. plus the co pay of $35 per visit. The full cost of the injecting from kaiser is About $4300 discounted to about $1900 and then I pay 20% which is about $380. Good luck with Kaiser !

Absolutely terrible experience with a particular doctor. About 2 years ago Dr. Reddy was my doctor. I called to express 3 concerns and let her know ahead of time in the call this was my intention, and she was frustrated that in the 15m call I addressed 3 issues. She kept trying to hang up on me. I told her I was having issues with breathing, and that my family has a history of asthma. She told me I'd gained weight so that was likely the issue (20lbs difference from depression fasting to then when I got back to my normal weight) and that I should take my sister's asthma prescriptions. So unprofessional! It didn't stop there. I said I was having anxiety and panic attacks, she told me to take Buspirone at night "to avoid side effects" (new dr says this is NOT how to use this medicine). Office also said they have too many psychiatric patients so they are throwing us to our primary care doctors bc my fainting panic attacks somehow didn't qualify me. Dr. Reddy OPENLY said she doesn't know how to help me but to take the Buspirone at night, which did nothing to help me since I slept it off during the night. The only reason this gets ANY stars is for the incredible nurse who was there for me and gave me the best treatment I've ever had. I faint over needles too, so he took me to a comfortable room and talked about life for a few mins & my fav Disney stories, provided me with gram crackers and juice to help me recover from my routine shots. For him 5/5, I wish I remembered his name. He was wonderful. For Dr. Reddy, this review gets 2 stars. Do better Kaiser. I was so sad after this, it took nearly 3 years to get the strength to be seen and by then I was under different insurance, so no more Kaiser.

I don't normally rate medical offices but I travelled here from davis for all my prenatal appointments! At first I was apprehensive about seeing someone who wasn't my OBGYN but davis had no availability for first trimester scans at the time so I took the closest appointment I could get with a midwife here! Her name was Viktoriya and she was amazing. I ended up staying at this office for the duration of my pregnancy before delivering in kaiser Roseville. Appointments pretty much always ran on time, sometimes she was training in new midwives, they were also excellent! We saw Jessica a couple times towards the end of the pregnancy and felt we got wonderful care from her too! I always felt like I got value from my appointments and never felt rushed or like a question or concern wasn't addressed and valid. (- something friends of mine who saw drs in pregnancy felt was that their appointments were rushed and pointless ) It's got plenty of parking, bathrooms are clean, check in staff were always friendly. I would definitely come back here for prenatal care again.

I have been a Kaiser patient in excess of 50 years. During my working years I had them as my health care provider and when I retired I continued. When I became Medicare eligible, I continued with Kaiser Senior Advantage. I began noticing a serious decline in care this past year. I do not know if it is because my former employer(I get my health care thru them and Medicare) has elected to not renew their contract with Kaiser in 2024 or if Kaiser has simply decided that Seniors no longer matter. I do not know if anyone else is experiencing difficulties with them or just me. I remember when Kaiser had "Urgent care appointments for the same day or next day-no more. Now you have to go to ER and pay $100 co-pay-expect to be there 8-10 hours minimum. Care is pretty good though. You could get an appointment with your primary care doctor the following day or within 3 days.-no more You could get a prescription filled in 15 minutes-no more You could get a mail order pharmacy prescription in 3 business days-no more. Your Doctor took time to explain stuff to you-no more. My Doctor wants me to start testing blood sugar. Ordered a bunch of stuff from mail order pharmacy for me and I got it with very confusing instructions. No idea what she wants me to do with it. How often to test? What to do with results ? Made an appointment to see Doctor-3 weeks out. only appointment available. Been trying for a month to get OBGYN appointment. Serious issue. Had 2 appointments, Got a call the day of each appointment and was told it had been cancelled due to Dr. calling in sick. Again no other appointments for 6 weeks. In the meantime issue persists. Finally got another appointment in a week. I expect it to be cancelled as well. Have not heard from my OBGYN Dr. at all despite emails. She is good Doctor but worked to death by Kaiser. Had a hearing appointment for May 2. Got call day before saying Dr was ill and would not be in day of appointment. No other appointments available till end of July.. After complaining and several phone calls, I was given a sooner appointment. Three days before appointment I got a call from the scheduler saying that appointment was cancelled because it belonged to someone else. Again no more appointments til end of July. I made more phone calls, finally was given a sooner appointment in 2 weeks. I started this process in January. In the meantime I made a complaint about all this stuff to Kaiser. Got a letter few days ago from complaint case manager, basically saying "too bad so sad make another appointment". The number that was listed to call for the OBGYN department, was a disconnected number............. What more can I say. Are other Medicare Advantage Plans as bad as this ????????????
