Julie has been so responsive, diligent, and sensitive to our situation. We are so grateful for the referral we got from our friend Lori.Julie is a top notch realtor and more importantly, she is kind and has so much integrity. Our house sold quickly…even after interest rates went up! Her attention to detail is inspiring…not kidding.The attribute we Most appreciated about her… she was Our Agent. Julie Burks was referred to me by my sister who sold her condominium a year before I sold my home in Roseville. After the excellent service Julie gave my sister and the speed with which her condominium sold, there was no question who my realtor would be. My needs were a little different than my sisters because I'm not a CA resident so Julie had to consult with me over the phone months before the home (which was a rental property) was put on the market. Julie is an absolute expert in real estate. She knows the real estate industry inside out. She helped us sell our house despite challenging market conditions, and made the real estate process as smooth as possible for us. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, and was extremely helpful with her availability, prompt responses, vast experience, and resources and network of other professional services, such as moving help on short notice.
