Absolute Property Management is the Best property management company I've found in Sacramento! I use them for multiple properties of mine, and I refer all of my friends and family to them. They have the best rates, the friendliest staff, and above all else, I love how on the ball they are when it comes to getting things done. APM is very good at finding quality tenants who pay on time, and take good care of our rental homes. They have a great track record, and have never had to evict a single tenant.
