I was prescribed lymphatic drainage massage by a physical therapist to treat a condition and I was happy to see that this could be added to my existing massage treatments. So now I get a 90 minute Meridian and lymphatic drainage massage once a month to reduce my daily pain so it helps keep me moving and doing the things I love.

I started going here IN March for shoulder and neck pain. I originally sought out acupuncture and found fast relief of the root pain after a few sessions. Then I scheduled therapeutic massages every other week then monthly, to keep the pain away and stay relaxed. The massage therapist is also skilled at Lymphatic drainage massage so I’ve added that to my massages when time allows. I leave there feeling lighter and more balanced. The prices are reasonable for out of pocket and make it easy for me to prioritize my self care.
