I have been to *hundreds* of salons. I'm not a fanatatic, but I am 45 years old. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed in Boston, NY, Philadelphia, on vacation wherever I happen to be, San Francisco ... you get the idea. Basically, I'd given up on ever having a really great experience. Whether I paid $45 or $8 the result was always pretty much the same. Lots of stinging, some burning, and eyebrows that looked okay. I always warn the technician that my skin is sensitive and it never seems to make a difference in the treatment I get. So when I found Jenell's I had no particular expectations. Quite simply, Jenell is the finest esthetician in Sacramento's six- county region. I know this because I've been going to her for over 20 years with in-between visits at other salons; salons which never match her professionalism, expertise, knowledge and honesty. May she Never retire!!!

Love the fabulous treatments and products Jenell uses on my skin. She is a really special person who is a complete professional. My skin gets lots of compliments and it is a testament to the care given by Jenell. Can't recommend her highly enough. You will not be disappointed.
