John was friendly, approachable, and professional. He remained in good spirits (despite the heat) and went above and beyond in not only communicating with everyone (myself, my friends renting, and their property owner) but in assisting with issues outside his initial scope. One issue turned into several, several issues, and though more time is needed to fix some of them I can not recommend John more for the patience and knowledge he approached these issues and us with.

I needed help installing my light vanity today. John quickly answered my call and gave a reasonable price. Once he arrived, he was professional, and went straight to fix the issue.
