I was charged for an Influenza and strep test even though none of that took place. I drove back in to resolve the matter and they couldn't provide any assistance, told me to call their billing department. They also said I tested positive for strep. I think I would remember if they diagnosed me with strep. Billing department is useless too said they would help and never did. They clearly mixed me up with another client and refuse to help
- just edited this from a 1 star review to a 4 star review, they refunded me for the test I was falsely charged for. It took a while but they got it done.
