Imani Clinic provides basic healthcare services to the underserved Oak Park community. We offer acute and chronic primary care including but not limited to: Full physical exams, Prescription refills, Health education, Pap smears, Pregnancy testings, HIV/STD testing, Birth control prescriptions, Depression screening & counseling, Substance abuse screening & counseling, and much more​.
