Ronald was my technician today and I was very satisfied with his work. He listened to my concerns and made sure he thorough sprayed the entire exterior of my home. I can honestly say he is the first technician out of all of the technicians that I have had from other companies who made sure he did not miss a spot! Sprayed the walls the windows and the ceiling of the porch entrance. Thorough!
I've never had a bad tech with Hawx pest control.. but Jesus went above and beyond with customer service he came back to my door after he was done to let me know he completed his spray and to remind me not to let the kids out for at least an hour. Seeing that we live next to a creek and that we're starting to see the appearance of mice he gave me sticky traps with the winter coming up he knows we're going to need them.. thanks again!.
