Very thoughtful and thorough in applying chemicals to get rid of rodents around my house. Although l requested the dispatcher days ahead of service to make sure the driver has glue pads for electrical fly traps. As always he didn’t have any to give us, either he didn’t read the notes or didn’t even care. Sticking his van with the necessary supplies to complete his work should be a priority for professionalism.
