Myself and parents recently met with Brandi Nichols for pre-need services. I so appreciate Brandi. She took her time and explained each step of the process and options for everytype of funeral care. My dad and I are both Veterans. Brandi explained the forms for the military burial options. We had alot of laughs...thanks to Brandi. It was an easy, light hearted moment while discussing a heavy topic.

The staff at the funeral home were the most amazing team in assisting our family in ensuring our mother was laid to rest in the way she would like to. I chose Harry A. Nauman & Son because the initial call was answered by a representative who was polite and professional. She gave me info needed and even inquired into another matter for me as a curiosity. This sped things up and gave me confidence in them. I was pleased that each call I made was met by just the same professional , polite and respectful demeanor.
Working with Harry A. Nauman & Son was made easy because of the communication between staff. When I phoned I never had to re-explain things. Honestly they went out of their way to accommodate us. They were the partners I was looking for at such a difficult time.
